John is a licensed home inspector in the State of Florida and a Certified Professional Inspector® through InterNACHI, the world’s largest organization of residential and commercial property inspectors. He has completed over 120+ hours of formal inspection training, covering structural systems, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, wind mitigation, 4-point inspections, roof certifications, new construction phase inspections, and building science. He continues ongoing education annually to stay current with Florida standards and best practices.
